We care about creating the best quality diamond jewelry, which is why to give you peace of mind, we offer a limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. If you think your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will arrange to send it in for inspection. If we do believe the jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we will repair it and send it back to you.
Our limited lifetime warranty includes the following services:
Paid Centre or Side Stone Tightening Service
Sometimes, the prongs holding your diamond can become loose due to the wear and tear of everyday activities. This is not a reflection of poor craftsmanship – a ring that is worn regularly is more likely to become damaged. It’s important to keep your center and/or side stones tight so that they don’t fall out.
Precious Metal Preservation
Precious metals require some maintenance over time to preserve their quality. Rhodium plating is a useful way to keep your precious metals protected. We recommend rhodium plating your jewelry every 3-5 years to keep it from becoming scratched or tarnished. Icebox offer complimentary rhodium plating once a year – all you have to do is pay for shipping + Rhodium plating. Contact an Icebox Customer Service Representative to arrange for your ring to be plated.
Your Warranty is Void If:
Icebox determine that the product has been worked on or repaired by any party other than Icebox Jewels, or if the product forwarded to Icebox Jewels is not manufactured by Icebox.
You are missing proof and date of purchase
You are missing a valid limited lifetime warranty return timeframe

Order Returns
How to Return an Order:
Complete and submit the Return Order Request.
Once the Return Order request has been received and reviewed, the return instructions will be emailed to you. Please ship the package back according to the instructions provided.
A refund will be processed within 3 – 4 business days from when we receive the return package.
Order Cancellations
How to Cancel an Order:
In order to cancel an order, we must be contacted either via email or via the return request form. Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled.
If work has already begun on your order, the applicable restocking/processing fee will be charged.
Special order items carry a 20% cancellation fee.
There is a 5 – 7% cancellation fee on items canceled or changed once the item goes into production.
Order Exchanges
How to Exchange an Order:
Complete and submit the Order Exchanges Request.
Once the Order Exchanges Request has been received and reviewed, the return instructions will be emailed to you. Please ship the package back according to the instructions provided.
Please email us the details of the new item(s) you would like in exchange for your returned order, and we will set up the new order in your account.
In the case the exchange order isn’t over $200 of the original order, there is a $30 shipping fee.
In the case the exchange order is less than the original value of the original order, the appropriate restocking fee will apply to the refund (5% restocking fee on 14k gold items 10% for platinum).
